Awesome Cheerleading Stunts
These stunts are all one man.The girl being thrown, is the flyer. and the boy holding her, is the base. usually there is atleast three people holding the flyer, but in this case there is one, thats why its called a one man.In my opinion,stunting is the hardest part of cheerleading, because you really have to work together, and the flyer needs to trust the bases.

I really like this video. I also think stunting is pretty hard. Also you are right when you have to trust your bases and need to work togeather inorder to hit your stunt. I also like your other post they are true and helpful.
ReplyDeleteI like this video alot and is very nice. I think you are also right when you say you need to trust your bases and work togeather when you are in a stunt. Also I have the same opinion because i beleive stunting is the harest part of cheerleading becuase you have to lift up other people in to the air and you have to learn how to work to geather.
